This menstrual cup is reusable, made of medical grade silicone, which is widely applied in medical care products such as infant nipples, medical catheters etc, because it is toxic free and allergy free,safe to use. It is designed to be folded and inserted into your vagina to collect your menstrual blood. Once inside, it opens up and sits lower than a tampon. It is held in place by your vagina muscles.
